We made it, Panther Cub Families!

As we head into the final week of the school year, our hearts are full of gratitude and Panther pride. What an incredible journey it’s been—filled with laughter, learning, growth, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come.

School Improvement Goal: Decrease Chronic Absenteeism Below 12% by the End of the Academic Year! Chronic absence means that these are students who have been absent at least 10% of the school year so far.

Currently, 16.9% of our students are considered chronically absent. This rate is above both the division's elementary average of 11.5% and the overall division rate of 16.1%.

Although we did not meet our goal of reducing chronic absenteeism below 12%, we made meaningful progress, lowering our rate from 17.6% to 16.9% in the final weeks of the year. This positive momentum is a testament to the dedication of our staff, the support of our families, and the resilience of our students.

Every effort made this year has laid a stronger foundation for continued improvement. Let’s carry this progress forward into the next academic year with renewed focus and optimism.
