Dear Voyage Quebec Trip Parents,

It is finally time for the Québec trip!

The students are leaving next Wednesday for a whole week. They will be visiting Ottawa, Montreal and Québec. Their days will be full of activities and great memories.

We will meet at the airport West Jet counter no later than 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Be sure your child has the following items with them:

• Check bag (50lbs max)
• Blue backpack
• Student Card with check-in numbers. (see info below)
• Spending money

The students will receive their check-in numbers on a card at school on Tuesday. These cards must be with them at all times during the Voyage Quebec.

We are very excited for the trip. A PDF itinerary is attached below.

Dear Parents,

Break the Rules Day was a HUGE success!
From amazing prizes, to throwing pies in teachers’ faces, to dyeing hair wild colours, taping staff to the wall, and even getting snack cups delivered and teddy bears to school—it was a day full of laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories.

A massive THANK YOU to our incredible School Council and all the amazing volunteers. So much planning and effort went into making the day run smoothly, and we’re so grateful. It’s safe to say this is one the kids will be talking about for a long time! You outdid this year! @olphschoolcouncil @eicscatholic
