Career Discovery Meetings Required For All Seniors
All juniors and seniors are required to complete a Career Discovery Meeting both in 11th grade and 12th grade. This is all new from the state. HHS offers many experiences throughout the school year to satisfy this requirement. You will receive a message in Canvas if you have participated in something already that meets the requirement. You will need to register the activity in scholartrack in order for it to be documented. You can find a button for Career Discovery Meetings on the main Canvas page. You will click that button and follow the steps to log the meeting.

FAFSA Steps
FAFSA is scheduled to open in December. At that time students will be able to complete. A completed FAFSA application helps universities identify what financial aid you are eligible for to attend college. Though your FAFSA is a score, colleges are able to offer some of their own support to students based on what Financial Aid you qualify for. Some colleges even give you money JUST FOR COMPLETING FAFSA; even if you don't qualify for any other free money. For now, all seniors should have completed step one...creating your login and account. If you have not, please watch the video below on how to and get this task completed. InVestED will be at HHS this Spring and taking appointments to meet with students and their families indivisually. We will release the sign up for those events in January.
