Field trip announcement!
Information for first and second grade
Basic information:
LOCATION: 414 Jefferson St NE, Olympia, WA 98501
TIME: 10:30 am-12:30 pm (possible extra time for lunch)
COST: The cost per child is still not confirmed because we are waiting for the museum to apply a discount, but it should not be more than 8 dollars.
LUNCH: Each child will be responsible to bring their own lunch to the museum. We will have breakfast or snack at school.
CLOTHING: Children will be inside the museum, we will wear spirit gear (Holy Rosary School t-shirt, and or Holy Rosary School sweatshirt with jeans and sneakers).
FORM OR PERMISSION SLIP: The form will go out on WEDNESDAY, and must be turned in by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17th. We will not be accepting late forms, so please make sure you sign the permission slip and bring it back by then. If your child does not have the form, she will have to go to another class when the field trip takes place.
CHAPERONES: If you wish to attend the field trip and volunteer as a chaperone, please let us know via email, by adding your name to the list linked below or in person as soon as possible. Like we said, the museum requires 1 chaperone for every 5 children, which means we need 10 chaperones. These 10 chaperones are covered by the museum. For any additional chaperone, or adult, the fee will be 7$ (we assume).
