Lake Bluff Elementary School Family Newsletter
Hello Lake Bluff Families,
Tonight is our Open House. Open House is your child's opportunity to share their learning experiences with you. They will be your guide throughout the building, including their classroom. We hope to see you this evening.
Please remind your student that they are not permitted to use the parking lot as a walkway. It is very dangerous and we want to make sure everyone stays safe.
Kind Regards,
Johanna French, Interim Principal
EL Education is based on the latest research in the science of reading and development, ensuring that learners build strong foundational skills in the early grades and continue to develop their comprehension and writing abilities as they progress. Additionally, the EL Education curriculum aligns with Wisconsin's Act 20 requirements, ensuring that every learner receives the support needed to develop strong reading skills.
Meet our Staff
Every week we will try to showcase some important people that you may not know who contribute to the success of Lake Bluff.
John Megna
Mr. Megna is our head evening custodian. If you are here after school, you may see Mr. Megna walking around. Mr. Megna has worked at the District for 7 years at all the buildings. Fortunately for us, Lake Bluff is now his full time home. You may recognize him from the Halloween Parade as the Mad Hatter.
Mr. Megna's Fun Fact: Mr. Megna is on a pool league, is an avid chess player and a recreational astronomer. What interesting and diverse set of hobbies!
