The School Support Dog CTF group collected almost 500 items for the Hanna Food Bank this holiday season! Sunny is super proud of them and everyone in the school who donated! The classroom that donated the most items was Mrs. Raugust's Grade 6 class, with 110 items collected! They won a hot chocolate party with Sunny and the CTF group to be held in January.

Please note that ONLY buses can use the bus loop for drop off and pick up between 8:15-9:00 am and 2:45-3:30 pm.

Dear Parents,

Hot lunch 2024 is coming to a close and we are ready to schedule volunteers for 2025!

Hot Lunch will again be provided to students on Tuesdays of each week beginning January 7 - June 24. The year will continue with a pizza day, Karin Miller day, Subway day, Freson Brothers day and we welcome our new addition to the list Lindsey Godziuk! This program is completely run on a volunteer basis, and it is critical that we have your help. Without your help we will be unable to run this program for our students. On these days you will be required to be there from 11:15am-noon (give or take a few minutes)

The volunteer sheet is included with this note, and we look forward to your assistance. Once your volunteer form has been returned to the school, a schedule will be sent to your email provided to let you know when exactly you will be volunteering as you may or may not be requested for all days you’ve indicated. Please indicate on the attached volunteer sign up form if you require a reminder call/text. Again, we would like to have a list of substitute volunteers so parents can find a replacement to trade with if they are unable to help on their assigned day. If you are able to help in this manner, please indicate this on the bottom of the form.

December 17th will be our "Bring a Guardian/Supporter Night" - come with your archer to practice! Let them show you what they know (and ask coaches any questions before the tournament season starts!) There will be no practice on Thursday, December 19.

Regular practices will resume in January for all archers on Tuesday, January 14th.

2023-2024 Yearbooks are available for purchase at the J. C .Charyk office for $35/book.
