The Bulldog Bulletin
Sierra School of Antioch
From the Director's Desk
Semester two is now in full swing and our students are motivated to make a difference in their academic progress this school year.
I would like to bring your attention to the fact that this month hosts spring break for Sierra School of Antioch. We will not be in school the wee of March 24th.
Finally, as our school motto implies, it is vital that we Educate, Elevate, and Empower our students for success. In an effort to stay true to that mindset, we are beginning our campus wide reading campaign: "Read2Succeed."
This month we continue our goal of encouraging our students to read by celebrating a notable author Dr. Suess. This month the students will be engaged with thee works of Dr. Suess reading, interpreting, and re-imagining the works in their own way in the classroom through our door decorating contest, creative writing contest, and spoken-word/ performative opportunities on campus. We cannot wait to see what amazing projects our students produce in response to this challenge!
