CES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH HALEE HAYNES
Mrs. Haynes is beginning her second year as a 2nd grade teacher at CES. She is a CHS graduate and received her bachelors degree from Texas A&M Commerce. She is married to John Haynes and has one son. Mrs. Haynes enjoys "Reading" as her hobby.
What Mrs. Haynes enjoys most about teaching is watching students become successful and reaching their goals.
CIS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AMBER WESTMORELAND
Mrs. Westmoreland is the CIS Special Education Inclusion Paraprofessional and has been employeed at CISD for the past 5 years. She attended and graduated from CHS in 2002. Mrs. Westmoreland is married to Trent Westmoreland and has two sons. She enjoys hanging out with family and going to the movies.
Mrs. Westmoreland explains what she enjoys most about her job: "This is my third year as an inclusion aide. I enjoy working with kids that have different learning abilities. All students can learn, just in different ways. If I can help a student learn and not to feel different from their peers, then I have succeeded".
CJH EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH TRESA SHIFLET
Mrs. Shiflet is the CJH Libriarian. She has served as a classroom aide, attendance clerk/receptionist, and librarian with CISD over a span of 13 years. Mrs. Shiflelet attended and graduated from CHS. She is married to Chad Shiflet and they have two sons. Hobbies that Mrs. Shiflet enjoys are camping, kyaking, reading, and spending time with family.
Mrs. Shilflet explains what she enjoys most about her job. "Being with the students-they have my heart!
CHS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH KRISTIN ROSE
Mrs. Rose is the CHS Librarian/Instructional Material Coordinator. She has been been employeed with CISD for the past 30 years. Mrs. Rose is a CHS graduate and received her degree from Texas A&M Commerce. She is married to Chad Rose and they have a son and a daughter. Mrs. Rose enjoys reading, playing pickle ball, and spending time with friends and family.
What Mrs. Rose enjoys most about her job is working with teachers and students.
