Quarter 1 report cards went out on Friday
Please remember that quarter 1 report cards went out on Friday, November 15th. You can also access the report card virtually from the aspen portal. Please reach out to your childs team teachers on our website under staff directory: https://mclaughlin.mansd.org to set up a team meeting if you have concerns.
Next reporting period will be quarter 2 progress reports that will go out on Friday, Decemember 13th.

Picture retake day is Thursday, November 21st
Picture retake day is November 21st. It will be held in our library for those students who were absent or want a retake to order pictures. Students must have their original picture packet to return to get your picture retaken at no extra cost.
December 5th dance information
We will be having a PTO sponsored on Thursday, December 5th.
5th and 6th grade McLaughlin students only: 2:30-4:30 Students must be picked up promptly by 4:30pm
7th and 8th grade McLaughlin students only: 6-8pm. Students must be picked up promptly by 8pm
$5 admission
$1 chips and soda
$2 candy
Those students who were absent from school, come in tardy (after 9:30am) or dismissed that day before 11:00 will not be able to attend. Those students who were suspended that week are also not able to attend.
Wrestling information and 5th grade elementary school basketball information
Wrestling is still available. Practices take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15-7:30 pm at MPAL, 409 Beech Street, Manchester NH, grades 5-8. Matches will begin in December. Please reach out to cpariseautelge@mansd.org to switch your registration from basketball to wrestling.
Basketball options
5th grade options:
All 5th grade students who do not make a middle school roster can try out for their home elementary school basketball team. Tryouts for elementary school will begin the week of November 18. Elementary school tryout information is attached below.
Other options:
1. The Manchester Basketball League is entering its 4th Season of providing recreation basketball for all players in Manchester at the elementary and middle school level. All players who don't make their respective school team will be allowed to play in the Manchester Basketball League at no charge.
There are 2 seasons for the Manchester Basketball League.
Season 1 will begin the weekend of November 23rd.
Season 2 will begin the weekend of February 15th.
Games will be played at Southside and Parkside Middle School on the weekends.
