Dear Columbiaville Elementary Families,
Happy November! We’re excited to share that we have a month filled with special events, celebrations, and opportunities for growth. Our students have been working hard, and we can’t wait to celebrate all their progress and accomplishments with you!
This month, we’re especially looking forward to our Veteran’s Day Celebration. Each grade has been practicing beautiful, heartfelt songs honoring our veterans, and we’re thrilled for you to hear them perform. They’ve been working on these songs since the beginning of the year, and we know they’ll make you proud.
Other highlights include:
- Picture Retakes for those who need them
- The Ned Show Assembly—a fun, motivational show encouraging students to always do their best!
- STAR Testing—we’re excited to measure the incredible growth our students have made so far this year.
We also kicked off our Leader in Me initiative last month, and the students are super excited to learn more about the 7 Habits and how to be positive leaders. This initiative focuses on developing leadership skills, and it’s wonderful to see how engaged and enthusiastic they are about growing as leaders.
As we head toward Thanksgiving, we are reminded of how grateful we are to celebrate this time with friends, family, and our school community. Being able to connect and give thanks together truly is a blessing!
