OMAHA FASHION WEEK

The 4-H collection will consist of 15-20 garments from across the state and be modeled by the 4-H member who made it. In order to create a complete and dynamic collection, interested 4-H members are invited to apply to participate in the show. The 4-H collection will be curated based upon the selection criteria as listed below.

Hair and Make-up will be scheduled for all models starting at 2:00 p.m.

Students must arrive to the Omaha Design Center between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m.

Runway rehearsal will take place at 6:00 p.m.

Each student will walk the runway three separate times

• The first walk is an individual model walk showing each student’s look; each student will walk and pose at the end of the runway.
• The second walk is a collection walk showing all students that presented for whichever school is currently being shown; students will NOT pose at the end of the runway.
• The third and final walk is the finale. ALL high school students walking in the first half of the show will walk; students will NOT pose at the end of the runway.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., Show begins at 8:00 p.m.

Ticket information will be available in January.

The event takes place at the Omaha Design Center, Cuming Street, Omaha, NE

• Participants must be enrolled 4-H members.
• Garments must have been exhibited at the County Fair in 2024.
• Garments should be fashion-forward, runway appropriate, and display high-quality construction.
• 4-H'ers can submit multiple applications featuring different garments; however, they are only able to model one garment during the fashion show.

You will be notified by January 10th if you have been selected to participate.
