PACK Guardians,

I just want to say thank you to all the PACK guardians who showed appreciation for our Husky teachers by sending gifts and donating time this week! The next two weeks are JAM PACKED including our final "Celebration Week." Please check out the rest of the newsletter so you are informed of what is to come!

Volunteers needed! - During the last week of school, CELEBRATION WEEK, we would love to have volunteers each day. We will create a specific signup genius to help at field days and other events. PTA is putting on the 8th grade "Last Rodeo" and needs volunteers as well!

NEW Hubbard Campus - Were you unable to make the ribbon cutting this past week? HERE are some awesome pictures of our spectacular new building!

Online Registration - Will your child attend Tyler ISD next year? If that answer is yes, YOU MUST REGISTER THEM ONLINE! It does not carry over from year to year. You can follow these online registration steps to make sure your child is accounted for next year.

Student Behaviors - Student referrals resulting in ISS/OSS will prevent students from attending our fun end of the year activities including (but not limited to) 8th grade recognition ceremony, field days, and celebration week activities.

Tuesday, May 14th - iReady end-of-year diagnostic exam for Math (closed campus) and NJHS induction ceremony at 6pm in the front gym.

Wednesday, May 15th - Orchestra concert in the Hubbard Cafeteria 5:30-6:30pm

Friday, May 17th - 6th grade track meet at Legacy 9-12:30 and Orchestra/Choir field trip to 6 flags

Monday, May 20th - 6th grade field day for students meeting growth goals 8:45-10:45 at Legacy. We will walk over from Hubbard as a group.

Tuesday, May 21st - 7th grade field day for students meeting growth goals 8:45-10:45 at Legacy. We will walk over from Hubbard as a group.

Tuesday, May 21st - 8th Grade "Last Rodeo" 6-8pm at Hubbard. Volunteers needed!

Wednesday, May 22nd - 8th grade STAR walk at Hubbard followed by 8th grade Recognition at Legacy @ 9:30am

Thursday, May 23rd - 8th grade field day for students meeting growth goals 8:45-10:45 at Legacy. We will walk over from Hubbard as a group.

Friday, May 24th - Early release day at 12pm. PAJAMA DAY! Students will be in their advisory classes.

Teacher appreciation week

This week we have tried to fatten up our teachers and spoil them rotten! They have had lunches, caffeine, and plenty of sugar. Shoutout to PTA, Jeff Youngblood, Chris Cooper, Shiloh Church of Christ, and many others who helped treat out teachers!

Former Hubbard

This group of retired educators, including Dr. Karen Raney (former principal), got to stroll around the campus one last time before the ribbon cutting. They had some great memories to share!
