What's Happening @ Stuart Mesa?
Notes From the Principal
Hi Stuart Mesa Parents,
Thank you to our PTO for putting on Fright Night 2024. This was an amazing event! The students had so much fun, and the Haunted House and decorations were fantastic. Thank you to all the families who donated to our baskets, which were raffled off. We are so grateful for all your support.
This week, Oct. 28-Nov. 1 we will celebrate Red Ribbon Week. Please see the flyer below for special dress-up days for students. Students can wear their Halloween Costumes on Thursday, Oct. 31st. Please see the Halloween costume guidance below for the information on Red Ribbon Week Dress Up Days. Here is a link for parents to support Red Ribbon Week discussions at your house (link).
We also have BINGO NIGHT this Friday, Nov. 1st. We will send the PTO flyer out ASAP with more information.
Need help with AERIES? We now have Aeries Parent Portal Tutorials. Here is a link to help Stuart Mesa Parents navigate Aeries with these step-by-step videos and tutorials: Aeries Tutorials for Parents/Guardians/Caregivers.
This is a quick reminder to parents: please ensure your child wears a helmet if riding a bike, scooter, or skateboard to school. Also, please do not drop your student off in the parking lot. Use the drop-off lane for student drop-offs, or park and walk your child to the gate. We truly appreciate your assistance with these drop-off procedures to ensure all students' safety.
Have a wonderful week!
Sincerely,
Dr. Heffernan
