Show nights:
Monday, May 6 - 6th period (plus traveling ensemble)
Tuesday, May 7 - 1st period (plus 2nd period grass and lionesses)
Wednesday, May 8 - 2nd period (plus 1st period grass and lionesses)
Thursday, May 9 - 3rd period (plus traveling ensemble)
Friday, May 10 - 5th period (plus traveling ensemble)
Call time for performers on show night is 5:30 p.m. If we need performers earlier for specific makeup, we will reach out to those students directly. Traveling ensemble call time is 6:45 p.m.
Tickets:
Finally, tickets are $10 each and are sold online, please see link below. There are no reserved seats - it is general admission. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. We will have a list of all ticket holders at the door.

Concerts!
ALL concerts will take place in the Manning Auditorium and doors will open at 6:30 p.m. See below for ticket information. We hope you can join us for these special events!
Arrival times and responsibilities
Instrumental students should arrive dressed in concert attire with music and their instrument by the following times. Orchestras arrive at 6:15 p.m. and bands arrive at 6:30 p.m. They will be expected to stay for the entire concert.
Choral students should arrive dressed in concert attire by 6:30 p.m. and will also be expected to stay for the entire concert.
PLEASE meet your students outside after the concert. Our auditorium hallway gets very crowded and we will need to release several students through this corridor. Thank you for understanding.
Volunteers
We always need volunteers to help check names (tickets) at the auditorium entrance. If you would be willing to help at any concert, please contact Mrs. Mendez at smendez@jeffco.k12.co.us

Auction Winners!
If you won seats at one of Manning's auctions, your name will be on our ticket list and your seats will be labeled and on the audience left side of the auditorium. Thank you for your support!
Elitch Gardens Festival
Manning’s advanced ensembles will be participating in the Elitch Gardens Music Festival on May 17, 2024. Students will perform at Manning in the morning then bus over to Elitch’s where they will spend the day. This is a competitive event where groups will be provided feedback and a rating.
Forms were sent home on May 1, 2024 and need to be returned by Monday, May 6, 2024. Please let your student's teacher know if you did not receive the permission forms and letter.
The trip is on Friday, May 17th and will last from 9:45am-4:00pm. Students will be excused from all classes that day.
There is a $35 fee for the trip, payable in Infinite Campus. This fee covers the bus, judge costs, award costs, and the (very discounted) park ticket.
Students will ride the bus to Elitch’s but will need to be picked up by parents AT ELITCH’S at 4:45 p.m.
Students do NOT need to wear concert black, they can wear anything they want that is weather appropriate (and follows dress code).
For lunch, students may either bring a packed lunch or bring money to buy lunch at the park.
