Leyden hosts summer reading program
To keep the reading love alive, the English department is hosting a summer reading program. Students who wish to participate select from a list of award-winning books, secure the book from a local library, read it over the summer, and come prepared to school in the fall ready to discuss it with peers and teachers. This program is a great way for students to maintain academic skills, build empathy and understanding, and continue to cultivate a love for reading.
