Auction Gala March 25 - Tickets available now

Thank you so much for getting the orange RSVP forms back to your teachers so quickly. Many of you have already registered on that website and we appreciate that too! There is still time to get RSVP forms back to us and register on our website (https://one.bidpal.net/sasauctiongala). If you need assistance with the process, just let me know and I'd be happy to meet you at school or talk over the phone to walk you through it.

Your PTG Auction Gala tickets are now available in the office for your to pick up whenever you're ready.

Auction Raffle and Donations

We are currently accepting gift certificates, merchandise, services, experiences and donations to raffle and auction off at our event. Our past auction events have always had amazing items, and we are on our way to providing our guests with that same experience. The unique thing about this year's event is that, the silent auction will be on a mobile bidding platform and any guest in attendance, or at home will be able to participate. [Many grandparents who are babysitting that night are excited about this feature]. To help us gather gift baskets and other items for this event, you can drop off our auction letter (attached) to friends and businesses who may be interested. Individuals can also donate by visiting our website and filling out the info at https://one.bidpal.net/sasauctiongala/donate-item We have a goal of collecting all items by March 10th so we can get all items photographed for our website and organized in our program. The success of this event is not possible without the support of our whole school and parish.

Do you own or business or know someone that does?

Our committee is currently looking for sponsors and donations for this event. We have some really amazing sponsorship opportunities for our local businesses. We're actively looking for a title sponsor that we can add to our website immediately as our main sponsor of the evening. This sponsorship comes with MANY perks and extended marketing. Please see the attachments below for all the details. All sponsors will have a VIP table (these are the only tables that will come with reserved seating, beside honoree tables). If you and your family have a business that would like to be a sponsor (at any level) at our event, please reach out right away so we can start advertisiting your business. If you know a business that may be interested in this type of event and marketing, PLEASE SHARE this information with them!!! We've already started signing up sponsors and are really excited about this opportunity to connect with our community. PTG Meeting DATE CHANGE - FEB 21

The next PTG Meeting date has been changed to Feb 21 in the school library at 6PM - come see our completed library with new furniture and a new look!

We will also have goodies to share for FAT TUESDAY. Yes Lent is already upon us.

The online option will also be available through Google Meet by clicking here. Those that attend the meeting in person will receive a free dress pass for their child to use at a later date.

Lenten Soup Suppers

We will once again be holding our Annual Lenten Soup Suppers in the Cafeteria on Mondays during Lent from 4:00-7:00 PM. Donations are requested but not required for supper.

St. Anthony's Catholic School will sponsor a Soup Dinner on March 6th. and volunteers will be needed to make soup and to assist with serving.

Priority Registration through March 31

Priority Registration is now open for Kindergarten through 8th grades.

Why register so early for next year? The end of the school year comes up fast. We will need to begin budgeting, purchasing curriculum and figuring out staffing for next year very soon. Without early knowledge, it makes it impossible to do the "business of the school".
Why is priority registration so long? So families with multiple students can spread out their enrollment fees. In fact we encourage this.
Can I still register after March 31? Of course you are able to register after March 31. However keep in mind that you may have forfeited your spot in the class by waiting. You will also be assessed a late fee.
What if I am not able to pay the registration fee by March 31? Let Kelly Meyer know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can assist you with the many tools we have at our disposal. The longer you wait, the less tools we are able to help you with.

After March 31 enrollment will be considered on a first come - first served basis. For any questions, contact Kelly Meyer at kelly.meyer@sasmanteca.org

Looking for Volunteers

We will be refurbishing our school library during the month of February. We need volunteers to assist with boxing books and taking out shelves the week of February 6th.

We will also need volunteers to help put books back on the shelves February 23rd and 24th.

Scrip

Please email scrip at scrip@sasmanteca.org to place your scrip order or call the school office. Remember to include a contact number. Any items we do not have in stock will automatically be put on backorder unless otherwise stated by you.

Please do not order physical cards through RaiseRight. If you would like physical cards please obtain them from our scrip office.

The online RaiseRight program is an excellent way to earn your Scrip profit on the go! ALL physical cards must be ordered through our Scrip office.
