Willow Parent Bulletin # 22

This Bulletin has tons of pictures from this week... everything from 100's day to math night, and the normal projects we have from week to week.

Next week is Valentine's Day. Rooms will have their class parties from 1-2 PM. If your child is bringing in Valentines, make sure there is one for every child. Remember that we cannot pass out any food or candy that comes in from home. For the safety of classmates, if will be sent back home with your Wildcat.

We loved seeing so many families last night! We look forward to your being here again for events later in the spring!

Have a safe weekend!( For you hard-core football fans who like to yell at the TV... remember that your Wildcat will often repeat your language and phrases at school, which is an awkward phone call home for all of us!)

Our Family Math Night last night was full of Wildcats eager to teacher their grown ups a thing or two about math! We were glad to see so many of you come out! Who would have expected a thunder storm in the middle of February. HUGE thanks to Mrs. Gallagher, Ms. Snow, and Mrs. Welsh for coordinating everything! Here are the photos from last night.

100's Day was also on Thursday. I love seeing our little people come in dressed as old people! They come complete with wigs and canes. They had some really funny things to say about when they get old: I'll be in a wheelchair, I won't wear a crop top, they will call me "loco." They are too cute. Our 1st graders became engineers and construction crews. It's amazing where the imagination a creativity of children will take you!

• Your child should have a water bottle each day.
• Wheels should not be at Willow: bikes, scooters, shoes, etc
• If you arrive after 8:05, you need to sign your child in through the office.
• Partakers of breakfast should be here at 7:45 AM
• Wildcats should not walk to/from school alone.
