CVUSD Teachers & Moorpark College Faculty Complete: My Choice, My Career Program
CVUSD teachers and Moorpark College faculty participated in the My Choice, My Career program designed to increase the number of students transitioning to Moorpark College in targeted programs, with an emphasis on opportunities for disproportionately impacted students.
Target programs were Biotechnology; Computer Network Systems Engineering (CNSE); Data Science; and Engineering program offerings including Electronics Engineering Technology and Mechatronics. Teachers created lessons with input from Moorpark College faculty that aligned with college curriculum and delivered them to students over the past year.
Moorpark College faculty hosted tours of their facilities for teachers and students in addition to providing information on certificate and degree programs including the new Bachelor Degree programs in Biomanufacturing and Applied Cyber Security & Network Operations.
We wish the whole Conejo community a safe and joyful summer break! The first day of classes for the 2024-2025 School Year is Wednesday, August 21st.
