Vintage Hills Families
Next week, our Huskies will begin state testing and we want to ensure all students are set up for success! Please help your child do their best by making sure they get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and attend school every day on time. Consistent attendance is crucial during testing, as it helps students stay focused and confident. Also, next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Our amazing PTA has planned several fun activities each day next week for students to show their gratitude to our hardworking teachers. We encourage families to participate and help make this a special week for the educators who do so much for our kids. Thank you for your continued support!

CAASPP TESTING
Students are preparing to begin the California Assessment of Student Progress and Performance (CAASPP) in the following weeks. All 3rd-8th and 11th graders will be participating in state testing in the coming weeks. Please avoid making appointments during the testing weeks as it is extremely important your child is at school, testing in their regular classroom environment.
Vintage Hills Elementary will be CAASPP Testing all 3rd - 5th grade students the weeks of:
May 5th through May 23rd. This will include any make up testing that students need to complete due to illness related absences during those weeks.

It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR.
Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:
- may not be enrolled in a class for the 25/26 school year
- may not receive a schedule
- and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.
It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for the next school year.
Click the links below for RETURNING STUDENT ANNUAL UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please note, this process is for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY. If you have a child in your family who will be new to TVUSD for the 25/26 school year, you must complete the New Student Enrollment process. Click HERE for New Student Enrollment instructions.
Will TVUSD See Your Student Next Year?
As TVUSD begins planning for the 25/26 school year, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to let us know if your child(ren) WILL NOT be returning for next school year. If your student(s) will be continuing their enrollment within any TVUSD, there is no need to complete the questionnaire. We appreciate your time. The school sites will be reaching out to families with the formal withdrawal process.
2025/26 TK PRE-ENROLLMENT ONLINE NOW!
It is time to register your new TK student for the 2025/26 school year! If your child was born between September 2, 2020 and September 1, 2021 they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten. The following year they will automatically go to Kindergarten!
Spring Into School!
Daily attendance is crucial for student success, especially in the upcoming weeks as teachers prepare progress reports. Consistent attendance ensures that students are fully engaged in their learning and receive the support and instruction they need to make steady progress. Missing school even for just a day can result in missed lessons, assignments, and valuable class interactions. As we approach progress report time, it's even more important to ensure students are present and involved in all classroom activities to showcase their true potential. Your continued support in prioritizing daily attendance makes a big difference in helping students stay on track and succeed!
