Eagleville Express
Early October Edition 2024
Principal's Note:
Hello Families!
What a super start to the year we have had! Certainly a month filled with learning many new faces and classroom routines, all with a great deal of positive energy. We have spent the month working deeper into our iReady math curriculum and have laid the groundwork for our Playworks program.
On top of all the great learning happening throughout the school day, we have also been able to learn together as a community this month. We celebrated Heritage Day (175 years of Eagleville education) with some wonderful memories from Eagleville alumni, tagged and released several monarch butterflies, and hosted a booth at Mukwonago Fall Fest, just to name a few. The PTO support was phenomenal with the Culver's Scoopie Night and Walk-a-thon events to kick off the school year.
October is another fun filled month. Please make sure to read the newsletter below to check-out all the events and upcoming opportunities. While many are established Eagleville traditions, we are very excited about our Green Fair, coming on Saturday, October 12th.
Cheers to a new fall season!

Reminder of Drop Off Procedures
- If you are parking, please park on the Eastbound side of Hwy LO (see diagram below).
- It is critical that parents in the drop off line do not get out of their car. If you need to get out of your car, please park on the fence side of LO and walk your student to the front of the school.
- If you are waiting to turn in from the east (up the hill) please wait off to the right of the road and merge across when clear and taking turns with those entering the school parking lot from the west.
- If you are waiting to turn in from the west (down the hill) please keep Lower Clark's Pk. intersection clear and take turns entering the school parking lot with those from the east.
- Pull as far forward as possible (end of the gymnasium) to allow for others to turn in.
- Students should be getting out of the passenger side of the car only.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping to make drop-off and pick-up as smooth and safe as possible!
We are looking for parents interested in serving on the Charter Board Governance Team. The team may consist of parents, guardians, staff, and community members. The team must be between 7 and 9 members. We will meet at least five times this year before PTO meetings.
If you served on the board last year and are looking to continue, that is great! If you are new to Eagleville or just looking for a new way to get involved, we would love to have you.
Our first meeting will be on Wednesday, October 9th, before the PTO meeting at 5:00. If you are interested please email Mr. Plant, plantwi@masd.k12.wi.us for more information. Thank you!
