NJGPA Testing & Schedule Adjustments
NJGPA testing will continue through March 13. Juniors should arrive to their assigned testing locations by 7:40 a.m. Freshmen, sophomores, and seniors will follow a two-hour delayed opening schedule and should report to the cafeteria (freshmen), gym (sophomores), or auditorium (seniors) upon arrival.

Unified Spirit Week
LHS celebrates all of the beautiful ways that differences make us special. This week, Student Council is hosting a Unified Spirit Week. Check out the theme days below and show your support for the Special Olympics and our amazing QUEST students!
Referendum Voting

- Remember, if you live in Lawrence, you can vote today! Polls will be open from 6 AM to 8 PM at your regular polling location.
- Vote by Mail? The deadline to mail back your ballot or drop it in one of the three secure drop boxes is also 8 PM today.

Spring Conference Scheduling
Spring conferences will be held on Wednesday, April 9 from 1:00-2:50 p.m. and 5:00-7:00 p.m. Scheduling is done directly through the Genesis Parent Portal. The portal will open on Monday, March 17 at approximately 9:00 a.m. and will close on Friday, April 4. Once signed in, look for the "Conferences" tab/link at the top of your parent portal, then click on "Schedule Conferences" at the bottom of the page. There you will be able to lock in time slots for your child's teachers. If you miss the scheduling window or are unable to find an opening that fits your schedule, please feel free to email your child's teacher to arrange for a time to discuss your concerns.
Brave the Shave
LHS is just days away from the annual St. Baldrick's fundraiser. It's not too late to get involved...sign up to shave your head in solidarity, volunteer, or donate what you can to this great cause! Artistic Submissions for LHT
The Lawrence Township Education Foundation would like to honor and celebrate all types of talent in the upcoming Lawrence Has Talent competition! On-stage auditions have already taken place, but artists can submit their entries from now through March 20. The entry fee is $10, and cash prizes will be awarded. Class Rings
Herff Jones will be at LHS on Thursday, March 20 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for any students interested in purchasing a class ring. Ordering information is available in the Main Office.
Rock Your Socks
Celebrate the uniqueness of Down syndrome by wearing mismatched socks on March 21 (World Down Syndrome Day). This day (3/21) was chosen because those with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome.

Senior Awards Application
Below is a link to this year's available senior awards, which includes links to applications. The awards and scholarships listed will be presented at this year's Senior Awards Ceremony on May 29, along with other awards chosen separately by faculty and administration. Please pay close attention to the instructions and deadlines listed, and make sure you are signed into your .info email when accessing the LHS application. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Roche (kroche@ltps.org). Good luck!
*Important Note: If you are applying to more than one award that requires the LHS application, you do not need to complete the application multiple times; however, you will need to make sure a separate short essay page is included for each award as part of your attachment.*
Graduation Information
This year's graduation information letter was emailed to all seniors and their families on Monday, March 3. The letter contains everything you need to know about the ceremony, cap and gown distribution, tickets, diploma pickups, and more. Hard copies are available in the main office, but please refer to the electronic version for access to some important links!

Popcorn Fundraiser
DECA will be holding a "DoubleGood" popcorn fundraiser from March 11 through March 15. All proceeds will directly offset student costs for their upcoming International Career Development Conference in Orlando, FL in April. See the link below to order. Chocolate Chip Cookies
Happy 87th birthday to the chocolate chip cookie! In 1938, Ruth Wakefield invented the Toll House chocolate chip cookie. To honor Women's History Month and Mrs. Wakefield's delicious invention, the NHD Club will sell chocolate chip cookies after school by staff sign-in on Friday, March 14 and Friday, March 21. Cookies are $1 each.
Buffalo Wild Wings
Visit Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday, March 21 and help raise money for Project Graduation. The restaurant will donate 15% of your total bill to the fundraiser. Click here for the flyer.
Amerikick
Students Helping Honduras is hosting a self-defense fundraiser at AmeriKick Martial Arts in Princeton on Saturday, March 22. The cost is $25 per person, and light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration is required, and the event is now open to ALL AGES! See the flyer for more information or contact Ms. Katz (akatz@ltps.org).
Chick-Fil-A
Visit Chick-fil-A in Lawrenceville on Tuesday, March 25 for a "Spirit Night" from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and 15% of sales will be donated to the LMS/LHS PTO! Food, fun, and fundraising, all in one night!
Bolly Fit-n-Fun Cancelled
Project Graduation's Bolly Fit-n-Fun fundraiser, originally scheduled for March 29, has been cancelled. If you purchased tickets, a member of Project Graduation will contact you directly.
Hershey Park Tickets
The LMS/LHS PTO has discounted tickets to Hershey Park on sale until April 15. Tickets are normally $87.80 per person, but you can grab them for just $57 through the PTO! Tickets are valid for any day during normal operating hours until January 4, 2026 and will be delivered around May 1 to the address you enter when ordering.
Cupcake Sales
Grab a cupcake on Wednesdays after school and help support Model Congress! Cupcakes are one for $1 or three for $2.

Cinnamon Rolls
The Advocates for Innocence Club sells cinnamon rolls every Thursday after school for just $2 each. All profits are donated to the Innocence Project, which provides legal resources to help exonerate individuals who have been wrongfully accused of a crime.
Project Graduation

Each year, the Project Graduation Committee hosts a safe, chaperoned, overnight celebration at LHS with food, entertainment and activities for our seniors. Your donations and support help make this event happen!

DECA Headed to Florida
LHS's DECA chapter participated in the state conference last week, with 48 students competing in various events. Students must place in the top two in order to advance to the finalist round. LHS had 11 different events advance, where students competed with the top competitors of their event. We are proud to say that ALL of our finalists (19 students) qualified to move on to the International Career Development Conference in Florida in April! Click here for a list of qualifying students.
But, that's not all! Our chapter was also one of two to receive the "Chapter of the Year" distinction, out of 116 chapters across the state of NJ! We are extremely proud of all our students. To read the full press release about this amazing honor, click here.
Making A Run For It
Sophomore Izzy Meth set the school record in the 3200 meters three times this season, including at the "Meet of Champions" on March 2, where she recorded a time of 11:10.33! She also anchored the distance medley relay on the way to yet another school record of 13:40.71 (set by Slavi Dusichka, Kianna Verga, Samya Jenkins, and Izzy Meth). Congratulations!
