Langston's Letters
June 24 - June 28
A Note from the Principal
Dear Langston Hughes Family,
Over the past 17 years of my life I have worked to provide the children of PS 233 with a safe space to learn and celebrate our culture. In return this community has given me unwavering love and support. Serving as a New York City principal has been an honor. Serving the children and families of the Langston Hughes School community has been a privilege. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of the tokens of appreciation, kind words and well-wishes that were sent my way as I step into retirement. I hope that you remember me fondly. I will cherish the memories.
My last day on the job will be August 8th. If you would like to keep in touch, I can be reached at dspellman233@gmail.com. Until we meet again...I wish you peace!
