Citrus Park Families,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the start of 2025. As we move into February, we've kicked it off with an exciting milestone- the 100th Day of School! Our students are officially 100 DAYS SMARTER, and we are looking forward to all the learning and growth still to come this year!

We have some great news to share—our Kids Heart Challenge campaign has 6 days left! Our Citrus Park Eagles have raised an amazing $3,000 for the American Heart Association. We are at 65% of our goal! We are working hard to reach our goal of $5,000 that will help us update and purchase some new PE equipment! A huge shoutout to the 58 students who have registered and the 8 students and their families who completed Finn’s Mission. Please share the following website with your friends, families, or coworkers that may be able to help us reach our goal! We appreciate you and your partnership!

Upcoming Events:

Green Up and Clean Up (February 15th): Come join us on Saturday from 8:00-12:00 as we beautify our school! Please bring gloves, rakes, and water bottles. We can't wait to see you there!
Parent-Teacher Conferences (February 20th): These conferences are a great opportunity to discuss your child's progress and any concerns you may have. Please sign up for a time slot with your child's teacher.

Birthday Celebrations

We love celebrating our students' birthdays! However, to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we ask that birthday celebrations in school be limited to cupcakes or cookies only. Teachers are given a quick time to pass out the treats, and we kindly request no balloons or party-like decorations. This helps us manage allergies and dietary restrictions more effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
