The 1st quarter ends on November 8th! SchoolTool Gradebooks have been updated. Please review your child’s grades in SchoolTool. School is closed on Monday, October 14 in recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day (recognized)/Columbus Day. This day was first recognized in the early 1990s. Indigenous Peoples’ Day honors the history and cultures of Indigenous Peoples. Indigenous Peoples refers to populations that are the original inhabitants of any given geographic region in the world. Recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day serves to disrupt and reframe the narrative surrounding Christopher Columbus’ 1492 arrival in the Americas, which resulted in the devastating loss of life, tradition, and land for Indigenous Peoples. This is a day to learn, to observe, to reflect, and to connect through story and creation. Check out the websites listed below with your children to learn more together.

The Senior Panorama is scheduled for 11:20 on Monday, November 18th, in the Main Gym.

Absentee/Retake day is coming up! Inter-State/SLR Photography will be here on Oct 17 2024, to photograph anyone that was absent on original day and retake those who are not satisfied with their original photo. Please be sure to send your original picture package back to the school with your child(ren) to give to the photographer

when they go to the camera. RETAKE DAY TIP: Many times the children are unsure as to what you were unhappy with, when the photographer asks... so it is a HUGE help if you attach a note with your returned package to the photographer letting him/her know what you're looking for. If your child(ren) was absent on original day and you would like to pre-order a picture package from the absentee picture day, please see the online order info below.

Are you interested in hosting our French intern for just a few months?

We still have a need for more host families for our French intern from Jan-June. Our interns have been part of the Brighton community for over 30 years, and we are looking for enthusiastic host families that want to share their culture, traditions and make an international connection. If you are interested in hosting Emmy, please reach out to Laura Hernandez as soon as possible.

Graduation will be held on the Turf Field on June 24, 2025 at 7 p.m., with a rain date June 25, 2025. Graduation rehearsal will be at 10 a.m. on the day of graduation.
