Dear Teachers, Staff, Students and Parents,

We are so grateful for all of the support that was provided on behalf of our GIVING TREE project. We helped many families have a better holiday season. THANK YOU SO MUCH for supporting our families. Your kindness truly made a difference.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

Spring Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on February 13th and 14th,
Students will be dismissed at 11:40 am. Teachers will notify parents if a conference is needed.

STUDENT SAFETY

We need your help keeping our children safe at school. Please be sure not to send your child to school in the morning before there is supervision on the playground. Supervision on the playground does not start until 8:00 AM. Breakfast is served starting at 7:45am. Students may arrive at 7:45am for breakfast but must remain in the cafeteria until 8:00am. Any student arriving after 7:55am for breakfast must enter through playground for breakfast. Please remind your child to remain on the playground once they have arrived.

JACKETS / SWEATERS

As the weather turns colder more students are bringing their jackets/sweaters. Please write on your child’s jacket, sweater your child's name to help us return lost items to the rightful owner. Our lost and found is located just inside the doors leading to our playground across from the library. Please stop by and check for any lost items. At the end of the year all items are donated so please be sure to claim any lost item before they are gone.

TAX CREDIT DONATIONS
Did you submit your 2024 annual tax credit yet? If not, you still have time! Contributions postmarked before April 18, 2025, may be claimed on either your 2024 or 2025 taxes…you choose! Please consult your tax professional for more information. A HUGE THANK-YOU to those who already have. Your donations go to support many wonderful extra curricular activities at Soleng Tom.
