Senior Finals

We have less than 1 week until our senior class will be taking their last finals! This semester we will not be modifying the bell schedule for finals.

We have found that the majority senior only classes can finish their finals in the 80 minute block periods we already have. We are also working the King Tech finals into our schedule this year to reduce the stress on our students that attend both schools.

Dimond senior finals will be on Tuesday, May 6th and Thursday May 7th. See the schedule below for more information!

**More information will be sent out to Seniors and their parents tomorrow regarding Senior Fun Day and our Cross Over Assembly.

• May 1st: Japanese Completion Ceremony in the Dimond Auditeria at 7:00pm

• May 2nd: Senior Fun Day on the Alumni Field at 11:30am

• May 2nd: Crossover Assembly- if you plan on calling in a Blue Pass for your student regarding the assembly please do so by 12:00pm. No blue passes will be issued for the assembly after 12:00pm due to the influx of visitors for the assembly.

• May 6th: Senior Finals- Periods 1, 2 and 5

• May 7th: King Tech Finals

• May 8th: Senior Finals- Periods 3, 4 and 6

• May 8th: Life Skills Graduation

• May 9th: Seniors Last Day

• May 13th: Dimond Alumni Awards in the Dimond Library at 4:00pm

• May 15th: Dimond Graduation at the Alaska Airlines Center at 2:00pm

• School is dismissed at noon.

• May 20th and 21st: Dimond Finals for grades 9-11 (More information to come)

Take advantage of our Donation Day Drive-Thru THIS Thursday (May 1st) from 8:15 am - 9:00 am. Drive through the U-Shaped drop-off loop and a parent volunteer will collect your donation - no need to leave your car! Or bring in items and drop at the front desk all this week.

There are many options on the SignupGenius, some taking very little time, but they all work towards making it a fantastic week to show our Dimond staff just how much we appreciate what they have done day in and day out all year.

The Dimond High PTSA Board is in urgent need of leadership to ensure our continued ability to support students and staff. We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following key positions:

1. President

2. Vice President of Lynx Lair

3. Vice President of Spirit Wear

These roles are critical for organizing fundraising efforts, managing programs, and providing resources that benefit our school community. Without these positions filled, it will be challenging to maintain funding and support for vital student and staff initiatives.

If you’re passionate about making a difference and have a few hours to dedicate, we encourage you to step forward. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
