Dear Parents and Carers,
What a busy start we have had to our final half term of this year. We have had a great first week full of enthusiasm and superb learning.
We are thankful to Mr Symes for delivering another fabulous week of Forest School. The children have shown resilience, perseverance and determination throughout the week. It is fantastic to see how our pond has developed over the last few months. The children, and adults, have been fascinated by all the creatures that have chosen to take up residence in our pond. A Year 5 child told me, ‘It’s because they have heard how amazing our school is!’
This weekend we are welcoming local company RJC onto our site for our ‘Big Build.’ The team will be working on exciting projects on our field in preparation for our OPAL play launch. Thank you for all the wonderful items that have been donated. We look forward to updating you next week.
Thank you to everyone who supported the Friends’ Yes Day as you helped to raise a fabulous £368.
Mrs Walmsley is recovering well and we look forward to welcoming her back shortly.
Hope you all have a restful weekend.
