If purchased the 14 day Healthy Habits Reset you will want to follow all of the general guidelines provided in this Smore. Your kit will not include some of the products mentioned here but you can successfully implement the program by using the recipes and following the basic principles

Preparation
While you're waiting for your products to arrive there is a lot you can do right now.
First go through your pantry and refrigerator and remove all items that will be a source of temptation.
Then look at the Shake and Meal Recipes in our 30 Days to Healthy Living Meal Plans and Shopping Lists and the 4 Week Plans (below). Take a trip to the grocery. Shop for the items you will need for the recipes you have chosen. See page 3

What About Fiber?
The typical day here does not show the use of Arbonne’s Gut Health Fiber. If you purchased that product start with 1/4 scoop in your shake, then build to 1/2 scoop and eventually a full scoop. You start slow on this product to avoid gas.
Why Eat Every 4 Hours?
If weight management is the goal then it's important you eat every 4 hours and skip the snacks. Every time you eat insulin is secreted (fat promoting hormone) By limiting your snacks to an EnergyFizz and/or Be Well Greens you'll find it easier to achieve your ideal weight
When Do I Use Clean Tox Gentle Cleanse?
If you choose the Clean Tox Gentle Cleanse start using it in the second week. Drink it everyday for 7 days as outlined in “Do You Need a Reset?”
