Wow! How is it already September? We welcome all Eagles and their families back to school and we know this year is going to be a great one. Our PTSA newsletter will hit your inbox every other week and include upcoming dates and important events. We hope it's a valuable resource for you. Here's to a great year!

Membership is an EASY way to show support for the programs and events that PTSA sponsors at Skyview, and show that you want activities to continue! Your membership also gives us a "bigger voice" when advocating for students both locally and at the state level. Purchase a single membership for $15 or double membership (spouse/friend/etc) for $27. The Skyview and North Creek PTSAs partner to service all families experiencing food insecurity in the Skyview and North Creek communities. Last year, the PTSA Food Pantry provided over 500 bags of foods and meals. It's time to re-stock the Food Pantry after the summer! Click here to help stock the pantry!

Some of our Food Pantry delivery drivers couldn't return this year, so Food Pantry drivers are needed. Please reach out to Melissa Kline for more information.

Are you experiencing food insecurity and could use help? We are here to help, click here to request food deliveries from our food pantry.

In order to do all the things for our kids, staff, and community, we are looking for a few more volunteers! Are you interested in Advocacy for Kids, the Spelling Bee, Multicultural Night, Emergency Preparedness, connecting Skyview and North Creek, or other opportunities? We are excited to share that our PTSA provided funds for the traditional 6th grade Skyview Middle School Planners! Historically, Skyview provided planners to the incoming 6th graders to help them get a handle on managing six classes. We are honored to be able to help continue this tradition - and very much appreciate all the donation made to Skyview PTSA to help fund these. The 6th graders should get their new planners sometime in the next couple weeks!

** VOLUNTEER SPOTS FILLED **

The PTSA often helps collect volunteers for school events. We setup a signup for the school on Sunday, Principal Mehner sent out the signup in the Skyview welcome newsletter on Monday morning, and all volunteer spots are already filled! Thank you, volunteers!!

As a reminder, all volunteers must have a current Northshore School District Level 1 background check. Please click here to complete yours today.
