Audience - Teams of district & building leaders/administrators, general and special education teachers

Dates - June 17-18, 2025 and June 24-25, 2025

Time - 8:30 - 3:30 (24 total contact hours for all four days in the series)

Participant A - In addition to recommending this training to anyone with leadership roles within my district, I plan to utilize the tools, mindsets, and resources gained over these four days to plan and implement more intentionally designed meetings

Participant B - I have already started to utilize these skills and strategies in my classroom and during my grade-level TBT meetings as well as IAT meetings. I would like to also be a better team member during BLT and DLT meetings...
