HCP Pumpkin Contest

Here is a sneak peak at some of the amazing pumpkins available at our silent auction at our Fall Carnival! Students can also vote for their favorite pumpkin next week with coins or dollars. Every $ donated counts as a points for our staff teams. All money raised at the silent auction and with our coin challenge goes to support PBIS and attendance celebrations.

Save the Date: HCP Fall Carnival

We hope you can join us for our annual Fall Carnival next Thursday from 4:30-6:30! Dinner is being donated by PTO and the carnival is free to attend! Face painting will be done by our BHS Key Club as a fundraiser. All designs are $1. Kona Ice will be available for purchase and our pumpkin silent auction will be set up in the front entrace! All children can wear costumes and attend the costume parade in the gym at 6:15. We are looking forward to a fun evening!

Parent Teacher Conferences

HCP Families,

First quarter ends on October 16th. As we wrap up the first quarter of school, teachers are beginning to prepare for grade reporting and parent teacher conferences. Grades will be shared via the parent portal on October 25th. If you do not know how to access the parent portal please reach out to the Hannah Cole office as soon as possible.

All HCP families are encouraged to schedule a conference with your child's teacher to learn more about your child's progress and performance at school. Conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 30th from 8am-8pm. Teachers will send an electronic sign-up on October 10th. Please be looking for more information via Class DoJo and your child's Friday Folder. We look forward to meeting with all HCP families at the end of the month.
