The Spring Fling Dance will be held in the LSES gym on Thursday, April 3rd. Students in grades 1-5 can purchase tickets for $5. Concessions will be sold (from $1 to $3 in cost). Tickets will go on sale Monday, March 17th. The last day to purchase a ticket will be Monday, March 31st.

At dismissal, students staying for the dance will stay in their teacher's classroom after school. They will be escorted by their teacher to the gym at 3 P.M. Parents will receive a car tag for their student(s) to pick them up near the gym at the conclusion of the dance (pick-up with start at 4:45). The dance is for LSES students only; teachers and staff will supervise the dance.

The cost of the yearbook is $25 plus taxes and fees until March 7th.

After March 7th, the price will increase to $30 plus taxes and fees.

No credit card orders after April 4th. Get yours while supplies last!

Our next PAW Play Friday is scheduled for Friday, April 4th. Students with good behavior and no office referrals will be able to participate (games and free play during their Specials time). Your child's teacher will document behavior throughout the month of March using a tally sheet. We want to promote good choices and recognize students who consistently show their P.R.I.D.E throughout the building (bathroom, hallway, classroom, bus and cafeteria).

Parents are required to complete a Free and Reduced Meal Application in order to qualify for free or reduced meals. Meals are not free. Parents will be required to send money for breakfast and lunch until the free/reduced meal application is approved. You can use schoolcafe.com to load money to your child's account or send cash for meals.

If your child has a negative lunch balance, they will not be accepted into any LSES extracurricular activities until that balance is cleared.

Here is the link for directions on signing up for the Parent Portal for our Student Information System, Infinite Campus. We use Infinite Campus school for student's grades, attendance and other important data.

Your child's Progress Report will no be printed and sent home. Please log in to Infinite Campus to review your child's progress.
