Tanner Clark is scheduled to speak to students and parents on October 15th and 16th.

He will be doing two different student assemblies, one on October 15th from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm for our 5th and 6th grades and one on the 16th from 8:30 am to 9:30 am for our 7th and 8th grades. In addition, he will be hosting a parent session at 6 pm on October 15th.

Did you miss the original picture day in August? Do you need to retake and return your purchased pictures? Then don't miss October 18th's picture retake day.

This day is for the following:

• Students who have not taken a picture this school year. You will also receive your school picture ID.
• Students who purchased a package and want a new picture. Please remember to bring back your photo package.
• Students who want to purchase a new photo package because they did not in August

The Madison Governing Board has approved a $50 School Activity Fee per student, which at Meadows supports extracurricular activities such as:

• Assemblies
• Recess equipment
• Character education
• PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports)
• Author/speaker visits
• Miscellaneous extracurricular activities

If you haven't made the payment yet, you can do so by logging into your PowerSchool parent account. From there, select 'Purchasing and Payments' from the menu and navigate to 'Pay Fines/Fees' to complete your payment.

Additionally, if you're able, we encourage a donation of $200 for single households or $400 for married households. Every dollar you donate directly reduces the amount you owe on your Arizona state taxes, up to the allowable maximum.
