Mrs. Roark: Makaila Crayton is my student of the month. I can depend on Makaila to be present and on time each day. Her academic growth and her love of learning are a result of her logging in to class daily. Way to go, Makaila!
Ms. Merlo: My student of the month for punctuality is Jaida Gowdy. Jaida always shows up on time and is ready for class. I appreciate her always being on time, despite how early it is!
Ms. Prawdzik: A'Dale Davis is always on time each morning, and she shows up ready to learn. She sets a good example in class by participating and being engaged throughout the entire school day. Keep up the good work, A'Dale!
Mrs. Cook: The student of the month for punctuality in Mrs. Cook's second grade class is Sai'Eion Hudson. Sai'Eion was selected for several reasons! First, he is consistently the first one logged into our classroom in the morning. Not only is he ready for learning at 8:45 a.m., he is prompt when returning from whole group breaks and lunch. Secondly, as a face-to-face student, he followed directions quickly by having his Chromebook open and connected, having his workbooks ready for math, and being at his seat quickly and with a smile. Congratulations, Sai'Eion, for being a true leader!
Mr. Teer: Walter Davis is my student of the month for December. Walter amazes me every single day! Our morning meeting begins promptly at 8:45 a.m., but when I sign in at 8:35 a.m., Walter is already in the session with the materials he needs for class! Walter is very active during the day, asks for help when he needs it, submits his assignments on time, and does his homework each night. Mr. Musolf and I really appreciate Walter's promptness and his participation in class. We are proud of you, Walter Davis!!
Mr. Chapman: Harmony Freeman has been very responsible this school year, including with her punctuality every morning. She is always one of the first students to sign into our class Collaborate session and is one of the last to leave. School is important to Harmony, and making sure she is on time with her assignments plays a huge role in her academic growth. I am very proud of Harmony and her positivity every day.
Ms. Paynter: My student of the month is Johnice Taylor. Johnice does an amazing job of logging in for school every day and is on time. If she is going to be absent for any reason, I always know ahead of time, and she always makes up her work. She works hard to get all of her assignments in on time and is respectful to her teachers. She is a pleasure to have in my class!
Ms. Thomas: My student of the month for December is Aleah McKnight. She is always in class on time and always participates. She consistently completes and turns in assignments on time. She is a delight to have in class!
Ms. Crane: Steven Mitchell is the 6th grade student of the month for December. Steven is always one of the first students signed in for class each morning. He will turn on his camera and microphone and say, "How was your morning, Ms. Crane?" We have a delightful conversation each morning. Steven is a joy to have in class!
