Term 4 Week 6 - Thursday 16 November, 2023
Term 4 Week 9 - Thursday 5 December 2024
End of School Year Prayer
Dear God,
As we close this chapter of learning and growth, we give thanks for the blessings of the past year.
Thank you for the teachers who guided us, the friends who walked beside us, and the lessons that shaped us. Grant rest and renewal to all students and staff during this break, and may they return refreshed and ready for new challenges. Watch over our community, keeping everyone safe and joyful throughout the summer. Help us to carry the knowledge and kindness we’ve gained into the world, and may we always seek wisdom and compassion in all we do.
Amen.
Dates to Remember
Thank you
As this is our last newsletter for 2024, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone in our community for helping to make our school a vibrant and welcoming place for all.
May God bless all members of our community with the spirit of peace, hope and joy, this Christmas season, and may we all be blessed abundantly in 2025. I look forward to seeing everyone in our community when school returns on Wednesday 5th February!
Staffing
I am pleased to announce that Miss Breanne Buck will join our school as the Pre-Primary Teacher next year. After graduating earlier this year, Breanne is currently working at St Joseph's in Queens Park where she teaches Pre-Primary one day a week and comes highly recommended. She will have a thorough handover and induction. I know Breanne is excited to be joining our school and community next year. I'm sure everyone will make her feel welcome.
Congratulations Year 6 Graduates!
A huge congratulations to all our Year 6 students on their graduation! You've worked incredibly hard and should be proud of everything you've achieved. As you move on to your next adventure, we wish you the best of luck in high school and beyond. Keep aiming high, stay curious, and never stop learning. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community—you will be missed!
I would also like to thank Ms Maloney and all staff who helped nurture the Year 6 students over the years. You have played a huge part in helping to shape our Year 6’s and assist them in getting to the next stage in their life journey.
