All conference times for October 30th will be carried over to the November 13th date. If you are unable to make your scheduled time on November 13th, please email Mrs. Henning at jhenning@usd462.org.
There will be a sign posted at the school entrance to let you know which teacher you are meeting with during your assigned time and where to go!
Our student are working hard to prepare slides and their leadership portfolio to share with their family about their individualized plan of study. Student's recieve a semester elective credit for their Relationships and Personal Development course that is taught during RISE Time. Participation in student led conferences will be for a grade in this course.
We understand many families may not be able to meet at the assigned time. If this is the case, the conference needs to be completed in November for the 2nd quarter grade. Please contact Mrs. Henning to make arrangments for a time that is convinient to your familly. jhenning@usd462.org. Thank you!

Conversation About Language & Horseplay
Families,
Please have a conversation with your student about appropriate language and time/place. We are seeing a growing use of inappropriate language and horseplay (pushing and shoving or messing around with friends and knocking into other people in the hall) occuring at school. We have had a large number is discipline referrals the past two weeks for these behaviors. We would appreciate if you could help us to decrease these behaviors at school by having proactive a conversation at home. Thank you!
