We're excited to welcome you back for another fantastic school year at VHS! To ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for everyone, we want to remind you about our dress code and cell phone policies.

Starting Monday, August 26th, our campus will be following these important guidelines:

Dress Code: Please make sure to adhere to the dress code policies outlined in the student handbook. This will help maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere.

Cell Phone Policy: Cell phones should be turned off and stored away during class to minimize distractions and enhance learning.

Serving as the student representative to the School Board is an honor and a privilege. You are the voice of youth for the school year, and we encourage you to only apply if you understand the deep significance and commitment of this position. The Board meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday night of most academic year months beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the District Office Board Room. In addition to these bi-monthly meetings, students are often asked to research student opinions on critical issues and return with specific feedback. Students also provide regular updates about current events at all school sites. We applaud your interest, and encourage you to seriously consider applying.

Board Rep Applications are due no later than Friday, 6th at 2:00 p.m.

VHS Student Rep Application

Students in the Introduction to Visual and Performing Arts class created different art pieces representing various art forms from the Middle Ages. Some of those art forms were recreations of mosaics, and guitar pieces and representative works of stained glass windows and lyres.

If you are interested in becoming a student athlete and playing Girls Tennis, please email Mr. Sparks or Coach McEachron your information ASAP. Varsity Teams are being formed for the 24/25 season.
