Shine Bright!
⭐ Reach for the Stars, Bulldogs!
Welcome back students and families! We hope everyone had an amazing spring break full of relaxation and fun!
To ensure a strong finish to our school year, our school will be reviewing our Positive Intervention and Supports (PBIS) expectations in a spring refresh presentation. PBIS is our schoolwide approach to encouraging positive behaviors and teaching expectations. At Churchill, we strive to always Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful.
IAR Testing begins on Monday, April 8th. All students will be taking one test each day for five days. Timeliness and attendance are very important during the testing window. Also, please ensure your child is rested, has had a good breakfast, and is encouraged to do their best. It is very important that you help your child ensure their laptop is plugged in and fully charged each day of testing.
There are so many exciting opportunities and experiences to look forward to in the months ahead - field trips, step-up events, math and mixed media night, book fair, PAW parties, field day, special student recognition and much much more!!!

Human Growth and Development
Our Human Growth and Development/Puberty presentation will be provided by Candor Health this school year on Wednesday, April 17th. This is a very important topic that our 5th grade students will be engaging in. Students will be participating in a 90-min live virtual gender specific presentation by a Candor Health Facilitator under the supervision of their teacher, PE staff, and social workers. You may view this provided parent resource for more information about this presentation. Please discuss this event with your child in advance and inform your child's teacher if you do not want your child to participate.
