Dear Oak Brook Families,
The Oak Brook community will be “adopting” families this year to help brighten their holiday season. We like to open this up to our community so everyone has the opportunity to participate in this worthy cause. All families that are adopted are from the Oak Brook community.
If you would like to participate in this optional activity, please fill out the Google Form linked below by November 25th, or you may email Dr. Shirley. On November 26th, we will email participants a link to a “Sign-up Genius” forms where you may select the gift(s) you would like to purchase. We will send an email confirmation to you about the gift you have selected and share with you what to write on a tag for it. We ask that you purchase the gift you selected, wrap the gift and send it to school with the tag on the outside.
If you would rather donate money to this cause, we will be using cash donations to purchase gift cards to grocery stores and/or other retailers. Checks may be payable to Oak Brook. We ask that all gifts and donations be turned into the school by Friday, December 13th.
If your family, or a family you know of, needs help during this holiday season please reach out to one of us at school.
Anything you can do to brighten the holiday season for some of our Oak Brook families is greatly appreciated.
