I am excited to share that after 5 years as Assistant Principal, I am moving into the role of principal! I am honored to have this new title and excited for the 24-25 school year. I have worked at CES for 11 years and this will by my 19th year in education. In those 11 years I have had the privilege of getting to know many of you and worked closely with our incredible students and dedicated staff. As Principal I will focus on maintaining high academic standards, promoting a safe school culture and encouraging strong partnerships between home and school. I look forward to collaborating with you to make Coahoma Elementary an even better place for our children to grow and learn. Together we will achieve great things!
Hello everyone! My name is Jamie Bonner and I am thrilled to be the new Assistant Principal for Coahoma Elementary! This will be my 14th year in education. The last 7 years I have been at Coahoma High School serving in various roles and most recently as a Special Education Teacher and Girls' Athletic Coordinator, Head Volleyball and Head Tennis Coach. I have always been passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for all students. In my role as Assistant Principal, I am committed to working closely with our dedicated staff, students, and parents to continue fostering a positive and inclusive school atmosphere. I am eager to get to know each of you and to collaborate on making this school year a success.
