General Assembly - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Curriculum Night:

Session 1 - 7:00 p.m. to 7:35 p.m. (1st Presentation)

Session 2 - 7:45 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. (2nd Presentation)

Session 3 - 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Parents can walk around to see other teachers)

We are still following our school calendar, as we have not been told other directives.

Buses enter the bus zone in the morning and after school.

Morning drop-off:

Parents need to use the daycare parking, as a kiss-and-drop area.

Afternoon Pick-up:

Parents need to park in the daycare parking, and come to the pick-up gate. The teacher on duty ill only allow the students to leave with their parent, once they have made contact with the adult picking up the child.

The schoolyard will be paved tomorrow, and grass, tress, plants, and landscaping will be taking place next week. I was informed that we should have access to the rest of the yard the following week.

We currently have access to the library room, but furniture is currently being installed. The librarian is also currently working on cataloguing all the library books. We are currently looking for pafrent volunteers, who would be interested in covering books. Please contact Ms. Aly if you would like to volunteer at extension 4916.

I was informed that the cafetria should be available at the beginning of October.

I was informed that we should have access to the gymnasiums mid October.

I was informed that the staff parking would be paved next week.

This is just to let you know that a second bus has been added to help reduce the travelling time of bus 51. Bus 44 has been added to cover Saint-Lin-Laurentides and Bus 51 will be covering La Plaine.

A letter was sent home with your child today.
