This first edition of the new academic year always focuses on the importance of having a Handshake account. All Psychology and Psychological Sciences majors must log in and create their Handshake profiles to take advantage of all the professional development opportunities this year. Event Description: Looking for some extra income and work experience while you are in school? This fair is a great place to find part-time jobs and internships for the academic year. Meet with many campus departments and local employers who are looking to hire students and will be flexible with your academic schedule.

Wednesday, August 28th-September 11th at 12pm-12:45pm, In-Person Bartlett Academic Success Center Room 306

Event Description: Join this 3-week series of small group workshops, 1:1 support, and self-paced work where you will get help applying for internships through every step of the process! This series meets on Wednesdays for three weeks from 12:00PM-12:45PM. We’ll wrap up before the career fairs that you’ll be ready to attend! Topics include: Where to find internships and search strategies- How internships help you uncover your career interests- Preparing materials to apply – resume, cover letter, online profiles- Talking about yourself in an interview. This series is led by the internship coach team, all students who have had internships and want to help guide you through the process! You’ll get 1:1 assistance and work alongside your peers who are also seeking internships. The peer coach team will help you embark on this impactful journey with confidence!

Event Description: This event is open to students across all College of Science majors! Employers will have opportunities available for internships and full-time roles across Mathematics & Computational Sciences, Earth, Physical, & Space Sciences, Neural, Cognitive, & Behavioral Sciences, as well as Life & Molecular Sciences.
Business professional attire is recommended and we highly encourage students to book an appointment with our Career Coaches to prepare for the Career Fair.
