Soleng Tom Families,

Soleng Tom staff and I are excited to start the 2024-2025 school year and looking forward to providing a great learning experience for our students and families. We are pleased to welcome our returning students and families back to our campus and most certainly new families to Soleng Tom. We hope your summer was filled with beautiful memories.

Curriculum Night:

Our Curriculum Night set for Tuesday, August 13th.

· 3rd - 6th grades: 6:00pm - 6:40pm

· Kinder - 2nd grades: 6:50pm - 7:30pm

Parent-Teacher Conferences:

Parent-Teacher Zoom conferences will be coming up on September 18th, 19th and 20th, so please mark your calendars. Although conferences are not until September please don’t hesitate to speak with your child’s teacher regarding your child’s progress. School will dismiss at 11:40am on these days.

Family Handbooks

Soleng Tom Family Handbook will be available for parents to review with their child/children via the internet on Soleng Tom’s website page. The handbook is filled with information that is certainly useful to know. Hard copies are available in the front office upon request.

SCHOOL COUNCIL ELECTIONS:

Parents interested in serving on Soleng Tom’s School Council may complete a form provided in the front office starting August 12, 2024 and returned by Thursday, August 21, 2024. Ballots will be prepared and distributed on Monday, August 26, 2024, and are due back on Friday, September 6, 2024. Elected members will be notified. Our 1st School Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 23, 2024 at 3:30pm.
