Meet The Camp Lead

Welcome to camp! My name is Ms.Kasha

(Cash-Uh) I will be the lead over camp this year. This is my 6th year in childcare and 3rd year running a summer camp. I do have experience in working in sped/behavior as well! I can't wait to see all the new and familiar faces! We're going to have a great summer! 🤩

CAMP REMINDERS

Anything your child brings to camp, make sure their name is on their things please!!!
PLEASE PACK WATER BOTTLES!!!
Caldwell will be provided with Lunch. EDP will provide snacks but if your kid(s) get hungry often, pack extra snacks.
Please provide a change of clothes for your kids incase of accidents! (Accidents with no clothes will be an immediate pick up)
EDP Camp Hours: 7:00AM – 6:30PM
There is a "EDP Pick up Location" Sign on the door.
TOYS AND ELECTRONICS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED AT CAMP ON FRIDAY FOR FUN FRIDAY.

Any individual picking up students from camp must be an Authorized Pick-up, as well as bring their ID for verification, and be at least 16 years of age or older

Do not share your code with others for pick-up. Each code is individualized & indicates to EDP which adult obtained which children
Tuition is broken down monthly. Please notify billing for payment assistance @ 512-594-0145 and reference the payment calendar

If your child will not be in attendance for any reason please email Ms. Kasha (Kasha.Daveytoliver@pfisd.net)
Please inform Ms. Kasha of all medication, food allergies, or other student-specific information.
Please provide all medication and action plans for students on the first day they attend summer camp, otherwise you can not drop off your kiddo.

Field Trip/Pool Info:

Please drop off your kiddo(s) an hour before we depart for the field trip. We want to be sure all kiddos have eaten and are fully prepared for departure.
There will be no one on campus for you to drop your child off if you arrive after the trip departure time. Once all the kids are loaded on the bus, they can not come off the bus until we have reached the planned destination.
** Please write names on ALL of your child's belongings **
For pool days/water park trips please provide a COAST GUARD approved life jacket. A life jacket is mandatory for non swimmers and swimmers that need additional support if your child is going to participate in water activities. The life jacket must be a VEST. No arm floaties. We also will not be bringing and pool toys. Goggles ARE OKAY! 🤓
There will be swim lessons held by Parks and Rec. If your child is listed as a NON SWIMMER per your enrollment form, they can not take the swim test. All other students will be able to take the swim test to determine what area of the pool they can safely swim in. If you do NOT want your kid to do the swim test I will have a form at the end of this where you can let us know if they can not do the swim test.
Kids will not be allowed to have phones on field trips. If there is an emergency, we will have a way to contact you ASAP.
