PARKER WEEKLY BULLETIN
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TUESDAY, JUNE 17TH DISMISS AT 11:10
HAPPY SUMMER!!!!
Message from Principal Blagg
Good afternoon Parker families:
It was a fantastic last full week of school at Parker Middle School. The students had many culminating activities in the classroom while also enjoying the good weather. There were some trips to Sully's, a Yearbook signing party for our sixth graders, the PRIDE Awards and Pride Wall Honoree breakfast, and the 1st annual We Are Parker event.
PRIDE Wall Breakfast and PRIDE AWARDS
We celebrated students who help build our positive inclusive culture with the Term 4 PRIDE Awards. The honored students consistently demonstrated our PRIDE values throughout the term. We are so proud of them.
We also held a PRIDE Wall Breakfast for those students who were nominated by staff to represent their team on the PRiDE Wall. These students demonstrated our core PRIDE values throughout the year. This is the highest honor we bestow and we are so proud of these young leaders. The names below will adorn our PRIDE Wall. Congratulations to the following students:
Sara Abdelghany, Gavin Adams, Arjun Adatrow, Scarlett Barry, Kyle Bean, Colton Begay,

We Are Parker
The We Are Parker event held on Wednesday was a great success! It was fantastic seeing so many of our families and staff come together for this culminating event. Special thanks go to Autumn Dolan, Jennifer Clark, Brenna Thornton, Whitney MacIsaac, Martha Robertson, Kristen Lyons, Mike Sullivan, Dawnmarie Annunziata, Ashley Norman, Molly McMahon, and Kate Hart for helping to plan and organize this event. The Cabaret Shows showed the courage and talent of our students, the Art Exhibit and Maker Space showed the creativity of our students, the Badminton and Yard games showed the athleticism of our students, and the food trucks highlighted everyone's love of food! We hope to make this event a yearly tradition and thank everyone who attended.
It has been a truly wonderful year at Parker. I am grateful for the support and enthusiasm of our community at all our events. Pizza, Pumpkins, and Paperbacks, the Be the Change Project, the musical and performance music concerts, the Science Fair, the Unified Games, and We Are Parker all serve to bring this community together in an inclusive and positive manner. Your children bring this community to life and bring joy to our worlds. Have a happy and restful summer!
Warm regards,
Josh
