SAINTS: Something Awesome I Need To Share
I participated in the Gr 5-8 Leaf Raking Service Project on Sunday. Judy was overwhelmed by the amount of volunteers and how hard our students (& parents) worked to get her large yard finished in a short amount of time. We will definitely go back to help her again next year and maybe add some other houses to our list! Thank you to all that participated.
We delivered 509 lbs of rice and pasta to Beverly Bootstraps this week. Great job by all of our classes. We collected over 400 containers of this staple!
Our 6th graders with some of our 8th graders presented their research from their marsh trip at Endicott College on Monday. They did an amazing job (as always!). I got to preview the presentation last week and was so excited for them to share with others. I also heard there was an alumni sighting from Essex Tech - always awesome to see our alumni continuing the work they started here. Thank you, Mrs. Pomeroy for continuing to bring this opportunity to our students.

Reminders & Notes
- When picking up in the rolling line, please make sure your family name tag is visible. Inclement weather sometimes makes it difficult to see through your windshield and inputting these names can be difficult. Please help Mrs. P out and make sure she can read your name. If you need more family name signs, please let us know.
- Please send emails about absences, dismissals, or tardies to the main office email: mainoffice@saintsacademy.org
- To keep everyone safe,:
- Students should not be climbing in trees, on Mary's Grotto, or on the gate.
- Please be sure that students are accompanied by an adult while moving through our parking lots.
- When picking up students and you have to park, please find an assigned parking space. Do not park in the Fire Lane or handicap spots (unless you have a placard).
- Please avoid parking in the last parking spot near New Balch St and the circle in front of the Church. Both of these areas need to be clear for our buses.
- We go outside as much as we can and New England can be unpredictable. Please make sure students are dressed for the weather.
- Food reminders
- Due to allergies and other health restrictions, we do not allow food treats for birthdays (parent handbook p 13)
- Parents should not bring lunches to their child from carry-out / fast food restaurants. (parent handbook p 12)
