The Twelve Days of Christmas Raffle
Dear Families,
An envelope is being sent home today with tickets for our Twelve Days of Christmas Raffle. Below is an image of the ticket. This fundraiser is one of the three opportunities to fulfill the $200 fundraising fee per family. The other two opportunities are helping to secure corporate sponsorships for Oktoberfest or the Walk-a-thon. Please read the details below:
The envelope being sent home contains 20 tickets. Each ticket is $10. Sales will take place from today until 12/19.
The paper form can be sent back with ticket stub and cash or check. There is also a QR code for credit card payments. The paper ticket stub does not need to be returned if someone pays by credit card.
Please make sure your child's name is on the paper form or entered online when paying by credit card so that we can credit your account appropriately.
Call or email the main office if you are in need of more tickets.
Families can choose not to participate in this fundraising event and just pay the $200 instead. Either option is acceptable.
Families who helped secure sponsorships for Oktoberfest can reach out to Mrs. dos Santos if they have any questions about fulfilling their fundraising requirements.
The winners will be picked and notified on 12/20.
The fundraising fee was entered into everyone's FACTS account at the start of the school year. Unfortunately, there was an issue with FACTS charging families instead of holding it so that those who participate in these fundraising opportunities could be credited. As you fulfill your fundraising fee, your account will be credited. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about your FACTS account.
