ELOP, EEBG, and MTSS Grant Expenditure Update
1. Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) funds before-school, after-school, and summer enrichment programs.
2. Educator Effectiveness Block Grant (EEBG) is one-time funding for professional learning for school staff to promote educator equity, quality, and effectiveness.
3. Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) Grant supports the implementation of MTSS and the certification of OPA staff in the MTSS framework and practices.
Funds received as part of a grant program come with specific requirements for qualification and how the funds are allocated for spending. OPA must strictly adhere to these requirements, with no exceptions. As a broad overview, funds have been and will continue to be spent on student learning and enrichment programs, as well as teacher professional development to support programs such as GATE, PBIS, and MTSS. For additional and more specific details on the fund expenditures, please view the presentation by clicking the image.
