Vintage Hills Families
We are thrilled to announce that Chris Villanueva, a dedicated 5th grade teacher at Vintage Hills Elementary, is this year’s recipient of our Founder's Day Award. Mr. Villanueva leads our Jr. Ambassador program, inspiring student leadership and fostering a sense of responsibility among our young learners. He is always willing to go above and beyond, mentoring students schoolwide and helping them navigate both academic and personal challenges. His unwavering commitment to pushing students to succeed in all areas—whether it's in the classroom, on the playground, or through leadership opportunities—makes him a cherished part of our Vintage Hills community. Congratulations, Mr. Villanueva, on this well-deserved honor!

VHES Doorbell System is Active
TVUSD doorbell system is now operational. Our doors will remain locked everyday. Please ring the doorbell and wait for us to answer. You will hear our voice and we will unlock the right door for you to enter. You may be asked to show us your I.D. in the camera of the doorbell prior to entering the school, if we are not familiar with your identity.
Should your student come in tardy they will need to ring the doorbell as well, so we can buzz them in. This system has been installed at all TVUSD schools as a safety measure and we thank you for your patience while we navigate this new system.

2025/26 TK PRE-ENROLLMENT ONLINE NOW!
It is time to register your new TK student for the 2025/26 school year! If your child was born between September 2, 2020 and September 1, 2021 they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten. The following year they will automatically go to Kindergarten!
Stay dry and be At School!
Ensuring consistent school attendance and punctuality is crucial for your child's academic success and overall development. Regular attendance helps students build a strong foundation of knowledge, fosters a sense of routine, and allows them to fully engage with the curriculum. Being on time for school not only maximizes instructional time but also instills important life skills such as responsibility and time management. Each day missed or tardy can hinder your child's progress and affect their ability to keep up with their peers. By prioritizing attendance and punctuality, you are helping your child develop habits that will benefit them throughout their education and future endeavors. Thank you for your support in creating an environment where learning can thrive and helping VHES reach their goal to reduce chronic absenteeism.
