I hope your summer is going well!
We miss you, and we look forward to welcoming you to campus for Summer Registration, July 6 thru July 31.
Please check your mail for a postcard from DBHS with your student’s specific registration meeting date and time (mailed on 6/22). We recognize the importance of these summertime visits and appreciate the quality time we share meeting with each student, their parent/guardian, DBHS Staff, and our Grade Level Coordinators. During registration, we will be using strict safety precautions recommended by our State and County Health departments and our Walnut Valley School Board. We have made every effort possible to maintain a "non-contact" registration process while being able to see each other face-to-face. Our registration stations and traffic flow have been marked to assist with physical distancing. Seating has been reduced in rooms to maintain 6 ft distance at all times. Included in the additional measures is the new policy of only having the student and one parent/guardian allowed to come onto campus for registration this summer.
Summer Registration Appointments: On the date of your appointment, you will rotate through (4) stations. Please bring ALL of the following items with you to your appointment time:
- Picture ID (2019/2020 Student ID is fine)
- Appointment time postcard
- Email Confirmation of Completed Online Pre-Registration
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the GLC appointment time to allow plenty of time to find parking and check-in at Station 1 (Rm 267). After Station 1, proceed to meet with your GLC and get your class schedule (Station 2). For example, if your GLC appointment time is 8:00 AM, please arrive to Station 1 at 7:40 AM. Following the GLC meeting, proceed to the USB (Rm 275) to get Student ID Picture, PE clothes and Brahma spirit wear. Our last station is textbook pick-up (LINC - Station 4).
To facilitate our "Non-Contact" process, please visit our USB Webstore to purchase USB Activity card, School Yearbook, and/or register for the PSAT exam. Making these purchases online will lessen the length of time you need to be on campus. Click HERE to visit our USB Webstore beginning July 1st.
Reminder - Please complete the new online Document Verification Process prior to the start of Summer Registration. The window to complete the Document Verification Process is now open and closes on Sunday, July 5, 2020. Click HERE to begin the online registration process.

We have a new *Online Document Verification Process. We have moved to paperless registration and all students will complete their annual school registration via Aeries Portal. The online pre-registration document verification is NOW open and closes on Sunday, July 5.

What happens on my GLC Registration Appointment Day?

If your appointment time is in the middle of the day, note that you may be rerouted while our stations are closed for lunch during the following times:
12:35 – 1:05 p.m. Station 2 – No GLC appointments
1:00 – 1:30 p.m. Station 3 – USB
1:10 – 1:40 p.m. Station 4 – LINC - Textbooks

Dear Brahma Parent and Student:
In order to streamline the registration process you may purchase any United Student Body (USB) Items for the school year at our online Web store. You may purchase these items from home, BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will then be able to pick up your Student ID/ Activity Card at the USB Station 3. You will pay for items on the Web store with VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. You may do this beginning July 1st.
During Summer Registration, all students will receive a Student ID Card at no charge. All other items are optional and not required for purchase.
We encourage all students to purchase an Activity Card. The Activity Card offers many savings and discounts throughout the school year! The $45 donation for the activity card supports the various student activities throughout the year including Pep Rallies, food giveaways, and Sports luncheons, Performing Arts Week, Graduation and much, much more!
